When this manufacturer first made contact with us and described the problems that they were having, we could tell right away that this was going to be one of those projects that would be a little different than most of the work we do on a daily basis. We had the manufacturer send some samples to us, and had some more discussions, and ultimately decided that the fabric they were using was porous, and was allowing the adhesive to seep through during assembly, which caused the fabric to have a tendency to take on a wavy appearance. The fabric was also not quite sturdy enough to lay flat and maintain a nice, elegant feel in your hand after being adhered to the metal body of the atomizer.

Our FabBond® Layer Bonding service along with an added moisture barrier was the perfect solution. Using our proprietary technologies, our team permanently bonded their fabric together with a backing that gave it the body needed to feel just right, and a moisture barrier to prevent the adhesive from seeping through.
